Payment, Subscription & Refund Policy

Section 1
Service Tiers

SIMI may offer both free and paid service tiers. The features, capabilities, usage limits, and terms associated with each tier are described on the platform and may change at any time at SIMI's sole discretion.

Section 2
Billing & Payment
  • Paid subscriptions are billed according to the billing cycle selected by the User at the time of purchase (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified)
  • Users must provide valid and current payment information and authorize SIMI to charge the applicable fees
  • All fees are quoted and charged in [currency] unless otherwise specified
  • Users are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and governmental charges associated with their subscription
Section 3
Auto-Renewal
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless the User cancels before the renewal date
  • It is the User's sole responsibility to manage their subscription and cancel before renewal if they do not wish to continue
  • SIMI will charge the User's payment method on file at the then-current subscription rate upon renewal
⚠️ Section 4 — No Cancellation Refunds: Strict Policy

SIMI operates a strict NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION policy.

  • Once a plan is purchased, the transaction is final. There are no refunds, credits, partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or chargebacks under any circumstances
  • If a User wishes to cancel, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew
  • Users are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the next billing cycle begins to avoid being charged for an additional period
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date constitutes acceptance of the renewal charge, and no refund will be issued
Section 5
Double Payments
  • In the event of a double payment due to a technical error, billing glitch, or user error, SIMI will not issue a refund. Instead, the duplicate payment will be credited as an additional month or billing period of subscription
  • Users acknowledge and accept that double payments will be resolved exclusively through service credit, not monetary refund
  • Users should exercise extreme caution when making payments and verify all transaction details before confirming
Section 6
Pricing Changes
  • SIMI reserves the right to change subscription pricing, introduce new fees, modify fee structures, or adjust billing terms at any time with or without prior notice
  • Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the change
  • Continued use of the paid service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing
Section 7
Failed Payments
  • If a payment fails, is declined, or is returned for any reason, SIMI may suspend or terminate the User's access to paid features immediately and without notice
  • SIMI reserves the right to reattempt charges on the User's payment method
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their payment information is current, valid, and sufficient at all times
  • SIMI assumes no liability for service interruptions caused by payment failures
Section 8
Trial Periods
  • If SIMI offers trial periods, the terms and duration will be specified at the time of enrolment
  • Unless the User cancels before the trial period ends, the subscription will/may automatically convert to a paid plan at the applicable rate
  • SIMI reserves the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time
